Job Details:

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of the CRM Strategic Plan
• Engage with executives, staff, stakeholders and related personnel in the development & ongoing management of the CRM Strategic Plan that is based on delivering key business goals and objectives.
• Design, test, execution & analysis of CRM campaigns throughout the player lifecycle (conversion, retention & reactivation)
• Ongoing development of a CRM approach to player communications across all touch-points incl. performance reviews
• Management of a number of key cross-business relationships
• Gradual development of the team in line with business growth


Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing related field
• 5+ years of experience in a CRM marketing management role, ideally in an online environment
• Experience of communications channels such as email, online real-time, direct mail, SMS, etc.
• Significant experience of CRM systems (marketing automation/campaign management – e.g. Unica ideally but would also consider ePiphany, Chordiant, SAS MA, Teradata CRM
• Highly numerate
• Project management skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Ability to create and manage procedures and processes
• Ability to manage staff effectively and maintain positive working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external personnel
• Experience of working with marketing services teams, business analysts and software development teams
• Strong communication, organisational and project implementation skills
• Strong general internet experience
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to work with other highly talented individuals
• Fluency in the English language
• Understanding of the online poker industry
