Job Details:
Responsibilities:
  • Working with internal teams to deliver short, medium and long term sitecontent plans.
  • Work with the core Gaming Team, Central Marketing, and Regional Teams to understand strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by productsand their websites.
  • Developing strategy and mechanics in response to these SWOTs, that ultimately help deliver ever improving site performance and experience.
  • All plans will optimize conversion, and maximize sales - ultimately helping to deliver the core KPI's for.
  •  Work with the Product Teams to develop the technical capabilities of the site and underlying CMS.
  • Work with Regional Teams to optimise the content based on locale, and ensure the customer experience in every language is of the highest quality possible.
  • Work with Central Marketing Teams to ensure website is aligned to channelstrategy, and is converting.
  • Actively manage and optimise site content, utilising web analytics and communicating effectively between the product, central and regional business units.
  • Own the quality control of all content that goes live across the websites.
  • Track and report regularly on website performance. Ensure all data iscorrectly captured, and statistically valid.
  • Analyse Create and maintain a regular channel of reporting. Analyse and communicate performance to key stakeholders. Ensure learnings are recycled into future plans.
  • Help analyse and improve the tools / processes that bring ideas to market.

Experience & Qualifications Required:
  • Demonstrable experience in managing websites within the industry.
  • Excellent understanding of web performance and analytics. Process, andresults-orientated individual.
  • Good understanding of Gaming products, and what motivates individuals to play them.
  • Excellent and adaptive communication skills.
  • Able to influence others - Proven ability to work under pressure and within tight timelines. Results driven, and self-motivated.
  • An understanding of marketing principles, and channels.
  • Excellent working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and the Internet
