February 2015 marks the 5th year of recruiting for the iGaming recruitment specialist Betting Connections.
In 2010 the founders of Betting Connections identified a gap in the market for quality driven recruitment solutions. Duarte Amado, Co-founder and Managing Director, says ‘My business partner and I came from backgrounds within iGaming and Recruitment, after my relocation to Malta I quickly noticed that the industry was lacking a true consultancy to provide quality driven recruitment solutions. We have placed over 1200 candidates in 5 years and are proud that our brand is now recognized as the industry’s foremost provider of quality recruitment consultancy, however, we are humble enough to realise there is always room for us to improve and grow!’
The firm, which provides tailored made and specialised recruitment solutions to leading iGaming firms, service providers and start ups; has recently expanded their Sliema based offices adding 6 new rooms to accommodate their recent growth and has further expanded recruitment force with a new team of recruitment specialists in Newcastle, UK.
Since firmly establishing their place within the iGaming Market in Malta, the firm went international with over 35% of their business in 2014 coming from outside of Malta, a percentage that is set to rise in 2015!

The firm currently has a strong team of 27 staff based in both the UK and Malta and is the largest and most multilingual recruitment firm solely dedicated to the iGaming industry.
