Job description: 1st LEVEL CLIENT SUPPORT

We are currently looking for a 1st Level Client Support to join our growing team in Malta. The chosen candidate will have the responsibility to liaise with our clients, providing initial assistance on any queries related to our platform, ensuring a top-notch quality support.

  • Being the first point of contact for any questions related to the platform
  • Escalating issues whenever necessary, liaising with other departments
  • Ensuring optimal resolution levels, providing an excellent service to our existing and potential clients
  • Building positive business relationships, ensuring all information is conveyed to our partners
  • Ensuring all cases and client communication is logged and followed up on our internal system – Zendesk
  • Maintaining and updating client’s records
  • Reporting to the Support Manager on all relevant activities
  • Keeping up to date on all information related to our product
  • Having a proactive / problem solving attitude at all times
  • Customer centric attitude
  • Excellent level of written (and spoken) English
  • Problem solving skills
  • Previous experience in a customer support environment – highly regarded
  • iGaming experience – highly regarded although not mandatory
  • Previous experience with a ticketing system like Zendesk, Jira or similar
  • Motivated, customer centric and driven mindset
  • Ability and motivation to learn
