Job description: ACQUISITION MANAGER - MALTA
 
Our client is looking for an individual with a talent for marketing who wants to move their career to the next level. One of their brands which they support is looking to accelerate its growth in many regions, predominately across Latin America. This role will play a key part in this exciting period for the business. Ensuring that marketing plans are delivered accurately will be a crucial element in
achieving wider objectives.
 
Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial you will:
 
  • Own and Manage the Acquisition Marketing Proposition
  • Define the acquisition strategy by territory in line with overall marketing budget
  • Identify, agree and execute on all marketing activities
  • Be able to manage marketing budgets and combine multi-channel activities into one combined acquisition proposition
  • Own the marketing message and deliver a creative approach in line with the overall
  • Brand strategy
  • Measurement and Performance
  • Monitor and optimize the funnel KPI’s across the different acquisition channels
  • Be able to identify value vs volume traffic and ensure positive ROI against CPA’s
  • Ensure clear measurement is available on all activities and be able to report on performance back to Senior Management
  • Complete competitor marketing analysis and monitor Brand awareness across core territories
 
Requirements:
 
  • Must have at least 2 years' experience managing an acquisition budget within the Gaming
  • Industry, preferably in Latin America
  • Has previously negotiated and agreed commercial acquisition deals across various media channels
  • Comfortable analyzing performance and justifying marketing opportunities to senior management
  • Must be self sufficient and happy working on their own and as part of a wider team
  • Being able to speak/write Spanish OR Portuguese would be PLUS
  • Proficient in English
