Job description: The Affiliate Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving continuous affiliate recruitment and growing the affiliate channel revenue stream. The role will play a key part in acquisition and identifying opportunities for growth both within the core territories of the business and globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key affiliate relationships and deliver affiliate and customer recruitment and revenue targets
  • Introduce innovative promotions to incentivise affiliates and drive customer acquisition
  • Manage commercial agreements, commission models and short/long term incentive plans to generate significant growth in acquisition KPIs
  • Be close to the numbers with a clear understanding of costs and ROI
  • Develop and lead all reporting on customer acquisition KPIs
  • Identify new opportunities within the market and act quickly to agree deals
  • Analyse the competitor landscape and utilise best practise to develop the company’s customer acquisition
  • Document affiliate acquisition growth strategy and regularly attend senior management meetings to present on targets and progress
  • Produce and manage elaborate online campaigns for in multiple languages and markets
  • Escalate issues to the Head of Acquisition and / or Head of Marketing
  • Liaise with various internal and external marketing stakeholders including affiliate and media partners
  • Fluent Level of English
  • Previous experience in Acquisition or Affiliate Management
  • Previous experience in the iGaming industry or Digital Marketing industry a plus!
  • Strong knowledge and or experience in online marketing
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Strong reporting skills
  • Highly analytical and numerate
  • Sharp negotiating skills
  • Ability to work independently and on own initiative to achieve goals
  • A creative flare and problem-solving nature
