Job description: One of our established iGaming operator clients are hiring a Spanish speaking Affiliate Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the delivery of the Affiliate channel strategy for all their Spanish brands, including the development and maintenance of the affiliate program and platform.
You will be responsible for maintaining and growing the active affiliate index in the channel, increasing channel ROI and core KPIs. You will also be responsible for implementing programs in new territories to match company geographic growth plans.
  • Responsible for planning and implementing the strategy, maintenance and execution of the affiliate program, ensuring continuous growth of the partner portfolio to achieve acquisition and player value targets, including the onboarding of new brands and product verticals as required
  • Source, manage and optimize affiliate relationships to deliver against targets and represent the company in the best possible light
  • Responsible for the on-going development and maintenance of the affiliate program software, including the program infrastructure, tracking and data systems, reward plans, managing advertising creative, affiliate communications and the integrity of source data, working with 3rd party vendors and internal teams to achieve this
  • Budget and cost control to deliver marketing spend, partner payments, performance reporting and engaging with internal and external agencies / affiliate partners to obtain the necessary data insight and inputs to continuously drive performance
  • Responsible for ensuring the affiliate program meets all regulatory and audit requirements
  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns for all Spanish brands where applicable using product and campaign roadmaps to ensure both the brand and campaigns message is delivered consistently across channels
  • Support creation, delivery and communication of Affiliate performance analysis across the group’s brands with weekly and period reports, ensuring key strategic financial and commercial data is defined for immediate action to senior stakeholders in the Marketing Team and other stakeholders
  • Engage with other Senior stakeholders across the business and externally to a deliver the best-in-class affiliate program for all Spanish brands, bringing together stakeholders to ensure wider collaboration and understanding of digital marketing performance
  • Provide excellent leadership and management to Affiliate Team members
  • Fluent Spanish and English language skills
  • 2+ years’ experience in Affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry, with a portfolio of affiliates within the Spanish market
  • 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing
  • A degree in Marketing would be considered an asset
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience communicating with senior stakeholders
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach to your work
  • Strong analytical skills with very strong commercial awareness
  • Ability to lead and manage colleagues indirectly and directly within the wider digital marketing team
  • Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and deliver to reach performance KPIs
