Job description:

Responsibilities:

  • As Compliance Manager you will be responsible for the implementation of the topics imposed by domestic and international authorities.
  • You will ensure that CPM complies with the current regulations with regard to AML, Data Protection as well as with the requirements of MGA B2B and B2C license policy.
  • Moreover, you will support the CFO in the regulatory reporting and audits.
  • Furthermore, you work and collaborate with the International compliance team.
  • Last but not least, you will review business agreements and make sure that they are in line with the Maltese regulations and MGA policies.

 

Requirements

  • Experience in compliance, preferably in the gambling industry, minimum of 5 years
  • Experience in documentation and record keeping (legal requirements)
  • Experience in communication with authorities including MGA and MFSA
  • Deeply knowledge about AML, KYC and Responsible Gambling
  • Law, Compliance or Business degree
