Job description: Responsibilities:
  • Handling of due diligence requests from business partners and support the legal & compliance team in the collection of assessment of due diligence documentation received
  • Assisting the company in the fulfillment of compliance requirements from the fields of AML/CFT, Data Protection, Responsible Gaming and Consumer Protection as set forth by the authorities
  • Support player-related and business risk assessments
  • Organising documentation in an orderly filing system
  • Assist in the assessment of laws & regulations in different jurisdictions and the compliance obligations arising thereof
  • Contributing to designing, implementing, and maintaining internal compliance manuals, policies, procedures, and systems and being proactive in suggesting improvement to existing processes
  • Assisting the legal & compliance team in the development of the compliance training programs and contributing to raise awareness
  • Providing operational internal compliance advice
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • 2+ years’ experience in a compliance position within the iGaming industry with strong focus and exposure within the German market
  • University degree in a compliance-related field would be an advantage
  • Excellent oral and written skills in German and English
  • Proficient use in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills required to organise and analyse data and tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and manage own workload while being part of a motivated team
  • Team player with customer-oriented mind-set
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised with a good eye for detail
  • Experience with customer database is a plus
