Job description:
The Content and Training Designer will support the Human Resources and Training and Development departments in a creative capacity, supporting the creation of Training and HR materials across all relevant HR and Training projects.
  • Design and create HR and Training materials for the business, utilising technical and artistic expertise to enhance the quality of materials produced
  • Conceptualize, develop and create high impact, professional visuals based on specific project requirements across a variety of HR and Training projects
  • Design, create and launch e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline 360 rapid authoring tool
  • Produce and maintain key content documentation including content outlines, storyboards, asset lists, transcripts and conduct product testing
  • Apply knowledge of commonly-used concepts practices and procedures within Instructional Design
  • Assist with the design, development, management and maintenance of the company’s Learner Management System
  • Collaborate effectively with the HR and Training Teams, as well as subject matter experts when required
  • Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents for both HR and Training and Development purposes
  • Track progress, deadlines and priorities of HR and Training projects
  • Prepare and send training evaluations and assessments if necessary
  • Provide course administration: registrations, cancellations, course instructions, pre-learning material, etc
  • Maintain a high level of customer service with both internal and external clients
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Director and the Training Manager
  • Perform and support other duties as assigned 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous experience as graphic designer, instructional designer or similar role
  • Experience in using graphic design tools and Articulate 360 to create content
  • Knowledge of adult instructional design and adult learning theories including instructional design frameworks such as Agile ADDIE and SAM
  • Familiarity with Learner Management Systems
  • Experience in the sportsbook industry would be considered an asset
  • Strong presentation and creative design skills
  • Able to work proactively in a team
  • Exceptional communication, organizational and planning skills, with a track record for meeting deadlines
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office Suite, and that ability to quickly learn how to use new platforms and programs
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
