Job description: CRM Assistant
Remote  


Position Purpose:
The selected candidate will report and assist the CRM Manager on customer communication on the website, e-mail, SMS and other means to achieve customer activation and retention by utilizing highly targeted customer promotions.  The role interacts closely with the acquisition, VIP, translators, designers and helpdesk teams amongst others.

Day to day operational duties:
  • Promotional Campaigns (conversion and reactivation):
  • Setting up all customer promotions for CRM purposes
  • Create customer segmentation lists
  • Create the communication copy in line with the detailed promotions
  • Ensure timely translations for localized campaigns
  • Ensure contextual and graphical quality of outgoing campaigns
  • Execute campaigns
  • Report on performance/modify where necessary
 
Retention Campaigns:
  • Analyze the automated customer communication
  • Recommend best practice communication
  • Implement changes and enhancements to the automated communication
  • Monitor and collect findings
  • Implement improvements based on data
  • Report on performance
 
Content management:
  • Come up with texts for promotions (promotion page, emails and sms)
  • Coordinate translations from English to French, German and Spanish for the above
  • Upload text and data for promotions in a timely manner
 
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse, high-energy team where a practical, hands-on approach to tasks is the norm
  • Experience in successfully managing CRM related projects
  • HTML skills and knowledge as well as online marketing is an advantage
  • Fluency in English and other languages both written and spoken
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Ability to work as both an individual and in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
  • Have a sense of urgency in everything you do
  • The ability to produce results whilst working under pressure
