Job description: Our client, an established iGaming company, is looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic CRM coordinator to join their fantastic dream team.
  • Planning and executing strategy for promotional B2C content and translations
  • Coordinate CRM based projects from start to finish, in an already established structure
  • Act as a single point of contact for any queries/feedback regarding content quality and related issues
  • Act as a single point of contact with the translation agencies
  • Ensuring that the translations will be received in time and meet other possible deadlines
  • Being part of quality check to optimize the customer journey
  • Setting up emails and internal messages in our marketing and technical platform
  • Assisting the CRM/Product department in general with campaigns, send outs and other possible tasks
  • 1 – 2 years’ experience working in a similar role
  • iGaming background is a must
  • You need to be organized, detail-oriented, well-structured and co-operative
  • Excellent written and verbal English and any other language will be considered an asset
  • Can work well under pressure
