  • Brief in campaigns including: send-outs of emails, SMS, OMS and other content types for various brands and markets
  • Assist in writing and localising copy for marketing and promotional materials
  • Cross check with all stakeholders to ensure all details are available for execution
  • Work with content management system (CMS) to upload banners and banner copies on site
  • Communication creations and send outs
  • Setup Bonuses using back office tools for targeted marketing promotions
  • Request and handle customer lists and ensure correct segmentation
  • Launch and test promotions on multiple devices
  • Establish a good communication with the customer support team
  • Report on communication and campaign performance
  • Constant lookup for processes / campaigns / tools optimisation 
  • Ensure timely and flawless quality on all tasks handle
  • Keep monitoring and improving our automated flows across devices, brands and markets to optimize our user experience
  • Ensuring that the Customer Service Team and all project stakeholders are kept fully up to date with all upcoming campaigns and promotions.
  • Monitoring industry trends and providing competitor analysis where relevant.
  • Be involved in our new team members training
