Job description: On behalf of our Client, a leading and award winning online Gaming operator, we are recruiting for a CRM Manager to join their Gibraltar based team. The firm has won awards in the industry for their product offering, as well as, promoting Employee wellbeing within the Company and Responsible Gaming!
Team’s vision is to unify marketing approach with innovative CRM methods using data to foster acquisition, cultivate player retention and lifetime value.
This is a management role which assists the Head of CRM with the delivery of casino CRM strategy and ensuring our strategic functions our fully capable to execute the plan according to our vision.
  • Maintain high awareness of industry best practices in CRM across all strategic teams.
  • Encourage a data driven culture for all decision-making.
  • Manage delivery of campaign reporting and analysis from the team.
  • Work with casino CRM team to set objectives for all campaigns.
  • Manage annual marketing budget for all casino promotional and CRM activity.
  • Assign clear ownership for CRM KPI's that support the marketing budget.
  • Ensure the delivery of key automation programmes in accordance to strategic guidance.
  • Plan and manage the delivery of casino promotional calendar.
  • Work collaboratively with RTM to enhance the customers gambling experience and lifetime value.
  • Deliver a multi-channel experience that enhances our customer’s gambling experience.
  • Manage plans for service, headline event, customer journey, location-based, event-trigger campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Communications Team to produce CRM marketing assets.
  • Maintain a high standard of internal processes for QA and delivery of marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to quality standards, legislation, regulation and brand guidelines.
  • Leverage analytics and data science resources to propose campaign improvements via testing.
  • Keep all key stakeholders informed of CRM communications.
  • Maintain relationships with external suppliers and ensure a smooth escalation process.
  • Work with Product Teams to leverage new product launches.
  • Manage all bonus configurations.
  • Regularly report team performance to management and key stakeholders.
  • Continuously review processes and tooling, with a view to propose improvements.
  • Proven management and leadership experience reporting to senior management.
  • Extensive experience and understanding of Online Gaming Marketing.
  • Previous CRM background, within the Gaming Industry.
  • KPI driven with a motivation to thrive to achieve the best results possible.
  • Customer-focused, with a solid understanding of the player journey.
  • Proven ability to manage and change multiple priorities within a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Highly diligent, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Creative, with an ability to initiate and drive new ideas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work across teams (both internal and .3rd party) and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to interpret data and analyse campaigns
  • Strong team player.
  • Pro-active and enthusiastic to learn.
  • Professional qualification (Degree) in at least one of the following areas: Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Statistics.
