Job description: Our client is looking for a hardworking, knowledgeable, and dynamic person to fill the role of CRM Manager for an upcoming brand. If you are ready for a challenge and are ready to own the CRM Plan and strategy for this new brand, then this role may be for you!
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop and execute CRM plans and campaigns to increase customer loyalty
  • Analyse customer behaviour and measure their impact on the business KPIs
  • Maintain smooth communication with customers throughout all stages of the player lifecycle
  • Segment customers based on common characteristics and behaviours to personalise their offers accordingly
  • Run effective campaigns and promotions to optimise revenues and customer retention
  • Identify and utilise new and more cost-effective communication channels with customers
  • Keep players updated with the latest news and offers to increase deposits and revenues
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends in the industry to ensure the CRM Strategy is in line with industry standards and more
  • Coordinate different departments, including casino and marketing teams to ensure we are promoting the right games and offers in line with the rest of the business
  • Present monthly plans and results to Head of Brand and any relevant teams and management
  • Monitor competitors in the industry and ensure the brand is offering best practices in line with our peers
 
Requirements:
 
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge in the iGaming industry is preferred but not a requisite
  • Experience overseeing and driving campaigns and projects
  • Should be analytical, data-driven, and well-versed with Excel
  • Detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments
  • Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • A strong team player and comfortable working in with multiple departments simultaneously
