As a CRM Specialist you will be responsible for the growth in Polish and European markets with the focus on conversion, retention and reactivation of existing customers. You will be supporting the Senior CRM Manager in order to implement retention programs and increase company's profitability.
 
Responsibilities:

  • CRM planning
  • Preparation and implementation of marketing campaigns (email / sms / push notifications)
  • Optimization of current campaigns lifecycles
  • Analysis of effectiveness and commitment
  • Cooperation with other departments to improve accuracy and quality of communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in similar role within iGaming industry
  • Experience in setting up promotions, free spins,
  • the ability to interpret and segment data to deliver accurate and engaging marketing communication.
  • Very good knowledge of English language 
  • fluent Polish language skills (advantage)
