Job description:
  • Developing automated marketing strategies in promotional, transactional, and trigger campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
  • Driving engagement and revenue across digital channels: email, push notification, SMS, etc.
  • Monitoring performance of activity and report back to the team proposing.
  • Maintaining the CRM calendar and ensure it remains up to date with the latest information.
  • Developing CRM roadmap, segmentation, and content planning.
  • Composing creative briefs based upon campaign objectives.
  • Designing and executing A/B tests to understand and enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • 2-3 years results-focused CRM experience working within a B2C in digital marketing.
  • Experience working with Solitics, Salesforce, Optimove or other ESP.
  • An interest in online automated marketing trends & a good understanding of best practice.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Good balance of creative and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English.
Considered as an advantage:
  • HTML/CSS email coding experience.
  • Knowledge of the gaming field.
  • Experience with collaboration tools, Trello.
