Job description: One of our established iGaming clients are looking to hire a Spanish speaking Digital marketing executive to their Commercial Team in Malta.
 
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for contributing to the development, implementation, and optimisation of their digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for promoting the company's products and services through different channels and developing effective digital marketing strategies to achieve their company's goals and objectives.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, FullStoryWebTrends etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
 
Requirements:
              
  • Spanish speaker with good English communication skills
  • 1+ years’ experience in digital marketing for Sports Betting
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
  • Experience in PPC and programmatic advertising
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, AdWords, Optimize, Tag Manager etc.)
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a sense of passion and pride about marketing, sports and own work
  • Have a positive attitude, adapts well and approaches new ways of working enthusiastically
  • Team player with good stakeholder management abilities
  • Outstanding organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise with the capacity to work to tight deadlines and deliver results
  • Demonstrates determination and purpose to deliver and achieve the best results for the organisation
