Job description: DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Description
The Digital Account Manager will report to the Head of Performance Marketing or any other role as the Company may determine, at its absolute discretion, from time to time.
  • Contribute heavily to the development of the digital marketing strategy (namely affiliate marketing, SEM, and programmatic advertising) to deliver the best results
  • Identify, negotiate with, and acquire new digital marketing partners (media agencies for SEM, programmatic advertising, and so on), and manage their onboarding
  • Manage the execution of campaigns on all digital marketing channels
  • Audit current performance marketing strategies and campaigns, and present recommendations and processes to increase quality and yield, and thus deliver the best ROI
  • Responsible for the day-to-day dialogue with media agencies for SEM, programmatic advertising, and so on
  • Manage a number of affiliate accounts ensuring that KPI's are being met
  • Ensure the best Affiliate deals and positions are being offered and negotiated
  • Continuously optimise and negotiation of deals to ensure best possible bottom line
  • Ensure the affiliates are updated with the latest campaigns and offers
  • Ensure that the affiliates have the appropriate media to push brand related communications
  • Identify top performers and develop incentive programs to reward key affiliates
  • Monitor and analyse affiliate performance to measure affiliate effectiveness and work with managers to develop forecasts in line with budgets
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to continuously improve overall marketing campaigns and offer the most competitive welcome offers
  • Travel to meet and develop relationships with both new and existing affiliates, whilst also attending conferences and various networking events
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in Affiliate Marketing or Sales related role
  • Good knowledge and understanding of both Casino and Sportsbook products
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and optimizing partner accounts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communicator and ability to work towards monthly and quarterly targets
  • Ability to build long lasting relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge in another language is considered an advantage
