Job description: One of our iGaming clients are looking for a Finance Director and Head of IT to join their team in Malta

Requirements:
  • Excellent English language skills both written and spoken
  • Around 3years experience in a Finance Director / CFO / Financial controller position within a large international organisation
  • Fully Qualified Accountant
  • Strong communicator with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams
  • Experience of leading Payroll teams in large and complex organisations
  • Strong, demonstrable knowledge of more complex payrolls such as USA, Latin America, Germany, Netherlands, Bulgaria and Malta will be considered an asset
  • Experience in managing IT systems
