The Role:

The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing Customer Service through our main customer communication channels, following set standards and procedures. The position is and will become more instrumental for supporting and executing CRM related activities, such as outbound telephone calls.
The Customer Care Agent should be able to work and think independently and pragmatic. Be able to come up with creative solutions when needed, following the company guidelines and work in a very accurate way.  A positive contribution to the further development of the customer service department is also expected.
You must be Customer Service oriented with excellent communicational skills, very high level of English and a strong insight in customer behavior.

Responsibilities:
  • Daily handling of inbound CS volume through our main communication channels.
  • Ensure that all, inclusive more complex customer issues, are followed up promptly and in a timely manner.
  • Fill up CS reports in real time and make suggestions on report improvements.
  • Help the content department with random requests.
  • Doing outbound calls following given instructions and guidelines.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the Customer Service department.
  • Communicate with other internal departments on Customer Service related matters.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Become possibly more involved in CRM activities such as customer activation and retention actions.
 Skills:
  • Fluency in French & English at native level
  • Excellent written and verbal communicational skills.
  • Patient, committed, reliable and very good in organizing daily tasks.
  • Genuine interest in I-gaming.
