- Greet and communicate with customers in a warm and empathetic fashion.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to customers via live chat & emails.
- Inform customers of ongoing promotions.
- Identify and support customers in difficulties they might encounter when visiting their sites.
- Provide explanations to customers about products/site/policies.
- Keep up to date with new information/policies.
- Build a trusting relationship with clients providing accurate information in a timely manner.
- Understand, guide and support clients.
- Collaborate with other departments where necessary.
- Update customer account/details with necessary information when needed.
- A native or fluent French speaker who can also speak/write English fluently.
- Willingness to work on shifts (8h00 – 17h00, 11h00 – 20h00, 13h15 – 22h15).
- You have a positive and a can-do attitude with a flexible approach.
- You enjoy learning and sharing your knowledge with others.
