Job description: Our client provides services and tailored-made solutions within iGaming industry and are currently expanding their team. Based in their newly established Limassol offices, the successful candidate must be fluent in French and English with passion for Customer Service and flexibility to work shifts.   • Respond to players via live chat & emails
  • Document and delegate in-game bugs and other issues
  • Troubleshoot new issues directly with our players
  • Interact with various departments (VIP, marketing) to improve game play for players
  • Extra tasks upon request (call campaigns, translations)
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Previous customer support experience would be considered a plus
  • Solid writing and communication skills (in French & English)
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong understanding of gaming
  • Available to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends)
