Our client is looking for a German & Italian speaking Customer Support Agent to join their team based in Malta. The client is looking for a candidate, who has experience within customer service, is keen to go the extra mile and passionate to resolve customers queries.
  • Handle customer queries via email, live chat and phone promptly
  • Handle KYC documents
  • Interact with various departments to resolve customer issues
  • Read, analyse, and interpret customers feedback and reply with clear, concise, and helpful information
  • Add / amend transactions in customer accounts, when necessary or instructed
  • Help with translations and ad hoc tasks
  • Follow up on pending cases to ensure they are resolved with the highest level of quality
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
  • Take care of VIP players
  • Work closely with the Head of Italy
  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar customer service role
  • Fluency in both Italian and German language is required
  • You are a strong team player, who enjoys a collaborative environment
  • You are self-driven, flexible, and eager to exceed expectations
