Responsibilities
 
The CRM specialist will execute the delivery of campaigns and promotional communications to enhance and optimise customers’ conversion, retention, loyalty, churn prevention, and reaction through segmentation and localization.
 
The CRM specialist will work closely together with the CRM Manager, Product, Affiliates, Customer services and payment teams to coordinate, execute and report on all CRM initiatives supporting the customer lifecycle & communication in order to optimize the Customer Lifetime Value. This will be through the production of regular promotional communication (newsletters, sms, programmatic, onsite, apps and Direct Mail) for all relevant segments and sub-segments.
 
Requirement
 
  • At least 6 months/1 year of proven experience in the role (IGaming mandatory)
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Outgoing and flexible personality
