Job description: One of our fast-growing iGaming clients are looking for a German Customer Service Shift Leader to join their team! Motivation, team player, purposeful, fast solutions, expertise and reliability are a few qualities that characterize their support team and the direction they are always aiming to work towards.

As a Customer Support Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day of the operation, whilst also providing their agents with on desk assistance and support. Ultimately, you will ensure all aspects of your shift run smoothly and effectively.
  • Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts
  • Schedule employee shifts and assign duties
  • Manage time-off requests and handle last-minute absences
  • Train and coach new employees
  • Address customer and employee complaints
  • Foster and maintain a positive work environment
  • Overseeing operations when the manager is absent
  • German (native or C2) and fluent in English
  • 1 year + experience in customer service leadership role within the iGaming industry
  • Eager to learn and bring in interest and motivation to this role, to help in getting the customer experience on their site to a new level.
  • Possess a healthy level of curiosity, team player skills and a vast interest in communication
