Job description: One of our established iGaming operator clients are looking for German speaking Customer Support Advisors to join their Customer Service team in Malta!
 
They are looking for positive, confident and enthusiastic Customer Support Advisors with the desire to help, guide and assist their customers with their account queries and complaints whilst delivering high quality service in a fast paced and rewarding work environment with fantastic opportunities for progression.
 
You will play a fundamental part in the players experience dealing with a variety of queries including betting, payments, verification and general account queries via Live Chat, telephone and email in an energetic and multicultural team.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely manner via Live Chat, email and telephone
  • Provide a positive customer experience and first time resolution when assisting customers with queries and complaints
  • Use internal tools to assist and take ownership of your customer query
  • Investigate issues thoroughly and escalate queries where necessary
  • Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures and licensing requirements
  • Promote safer gambling
  • Liaise with internal departments in order to resolve customers’ queries
 
Requirements:
 
  • Fluent or Native verbal and written communication in German and English
  • Experience in a customer facing role or online
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to problem solve and find a solution
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Competent computer literacy skills
  • A flexible approach to working hours – Able to working a shift pattern spread across any five days from seven, including public holidays and weekends
