Job description: German Customer Service Agent
You’ll be working in a close and intimate team, together with other people and departments to give the players a hassle-free experience.
Your duties will be a combination of tasks which include answering and reaching out to the players, increasing their satisfaction, and also working towards improving the way we do things.
We are looking for a German Customer Service Agent who will be playing a key role to give our players the best casino experience they will ever have.
