GERMAN SPEAKING CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
Our client is a start-up company with a dynamic environment and way of work, within the online gaming industry, servicing two brands. They are currently looking for a German Speaking Customer Support Executive.
The ideal candidate is an organized individual, whose passion is to help people, and is who is looking for a new opportunity in a gaming company.
- Being the first point of contact between customers and the company’s brands.
- Offering first line support to customers via email, phone and live chat, in a professional and responsible manner.
- Guaranteeing the highest level of support is delivered to customers as per agreed standards.
- Aiming to solve all issues at first point of contact.
- Collaborating with other departments in order to solve customer’s queries in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Contribute to the development of new products and services, based on the feedback of customers.
- Undertake any other administrative duties, which will directly improve the customers’ experience and add further value to the team and the company.
- Work in a team, support team members and contribute to a good atmosphere on the job.
- Generally fulfilling any KPI’s which the company may indicate from time to time.
- Native fluency in the German language.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Obsessed with customer experience.
- Demonstrating the written and verbal communication skills necessary to support the company’s esteemed customers.
- Team player with a flexible approach to liaise with colleagues.
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to take direction and feedback constructively.
- Trustworthy and able to maintain focus even when under minimum supervision.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service environment would be considered an asset.
