Our client is a start-up company with a dynamic environment and way of work, within the online gaming industry, servicing two brands. They are currently looking for a German Speaking Customer Support Executive.

The ideal candidate is an organized individual, whose passion is to help people, and is who is looking for a new opportunity in a gaming company.



  • Being the first point of contact between customers and the company’s brands.
  • Offering first line support to customers via email, phone and live chat, in a professional and responsible manner.
  • Guaranteeing the highest level of support is delivered to customers as per agreed standards.
  • Aiming to solve all issues at first point of contact.
  • Collaborating with other departments in order to solve customer’s queries in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services, based on the feedback of customers.
  • Undertake any other administrative duties, which will directly improve the customers’ experience and add further value to the team and the company.
  • Work in a team, support team members and contribute to a good atmosphere on the job.
  • Generally fulfilling any KPI’s which the company may indicate from time to time.


  • Native fluency in the German language.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Obsessed with customer experience.
  • Demonstrating the written and verbal communication skills necessary to support the company’s esteemed customers.
  • Team player with a flexible approach to liaise with colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Ability to take direction and feedback constructively.
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain focus even when under minimum supervision.
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service environment would be considered an asset.
