The Customer Support Department is the key to a successful online operation, the agent is the link between the customer and department.
We like people with that little extra and we want to communicate that to our players, so they feel a part of our little family and that they feel they are in good hands.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on people’s person, with excellent leader skills, understanding of shift roasters, organizational skills and the interest to take over operational tasks from time to time.
This position will offer an outstanding Team Leader the opportunity to grow within the organization into more operational roles.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Customer Support Agents, guide them in their day to day work and act as a role model
  • Create shift roasters and take responsibility for a fully functioning customer support service
  • Training of customer support agents and quality checks
  • Guide customers through the site and assist them in using the various services and products offered.
  • Answering customer’s enquiries via phone, email and live chat timely and in the highest of standards.
  • Work in a team, support team members and contribute to a good atmosphere at work.
  • Work closely with the Payment and Fraud team and assist them with phone verification of players and other form of tasks
  • Take on operational tasks from time to time and work closely with the Managing Director

Formal Role Requirements (Qualification and Education)
  • Experience in communication and marketing
  • Excellent in written communication in both English and German
  • Experience from online gaming is plus
