Job description: Our client is looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to join their HR team. The successful candidate will be providing with expertise in relation to compensation, employee benefits, reward and recognition; and act as an internal adviser and leader on reward issues, as well as run the annual compensation planning processes.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Propelling forward the company’s Reward Strategy inclusive of developing a strong and relevant Reward and Benefits Philosophy
  • Reviewing, developing, recommending and implementing Strategic Reward approaches based on market data/trends taking into account cultural fit and local employment law principles
  • Gaining commercial insight into current reward practices and provide analysis of existing rewards tools and frameworks
  • Creating a Pay Philosophy inclusive of: Total Reward, Executive Pay, Performance Bonuses and other financial incentives
  • Designing an effective Performance Appraisal framework that is supported by rewards that incentivise and motivate employees
  • Analysing the effectiveness of employee remuneration, compensation and all other employee benefits
  • Collaborating closely with the Learning and Development team to evaluate and ensure the effectiveness of non-financial rewards such as recognition, training and development
  • Driving the Annual Reward calendar (salary review, salary benchmarking and performance/management bonuses) and communicating with key stakeholders
 
Requirements:
 
  • BA degree in HR or Reward Management or equivalent qualification
  • 4+ years’ experience in the Rewards field in a multi-site company environment
  • Experience working in an online, gaming or fast-moving industry is essential
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Excellent understanding of Reward, Compensation, and Benefits best practices
  • Track record of delivering accurate, high quality solutions which are relevant to the success of the business
  • Fluent in English, verbal and written – essential
  • HR Generalist knowledge would be highly beneficial
  • Knowledge of benchmarking consultancy tools such as: Willis Towers Watson, would be highly beneficial
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work and related impact on business
