We are looking for a high-performing Head of Affiliate Sales for a high-value lead generation company with a proven record of account management and sales. The Head of Affiliate Sales responsibilities includes developing commercial tactics to support the company’s growth strategies and increase traffic to and from our products and monetise this traffic to our clients. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. The Head of Affiliate Sales duties will also include hitting monthly, quarterly and annual targets, building relationships, guiding the sales team members and understanding customer and market trends.
You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with clients and overseeing sales and affiliate deals. As Head of Affiliate Sales you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to partner queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience and monetization. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.
Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term affiliate relationships.
In addition to the above we are looking for an experienced Head of Affiliate Sales who also will:
  • Manage both an existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities;
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships;
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in according to targets;
  • Develop strategies and positions by analysing new venture integration;
  • Lead the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals;
  • Identify commercial opportunities within the business and initiate successful implementation;
  • Evaluate and optimise agreements with new and existing commercial, operational, and strategic partners that have an impact on the revenue and profitability of the business.
  • Further development, maintenance and monitoring of existing affiliate partnerships and establishment of new partnerships
  • Presentation and optimization of our websites through marketing activities (eg content marketing, social media marketing, newsletter marketing, SEM)
  • Market monitoring, networking, and identification of new advertising opportunities
  • Performance analyses and generates reports, including the evaluation of the ROI of individual campaigns
  • Drive participation in international iGaming affiliate trade fairs
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
  • Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
  • Develop and implement overarching sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
  • Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids & proposals
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
  • Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets
  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships
  • Bring at least 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or the iGaming industry
  • Have sound experience with CPA, Fixed Fee and Revenue Share Deals, as well as media buying and advertising
  • Proven track record of successfully increasing revenues and/or profits for your portfolio and/or business
  • Being proficient in MS-Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel and or Google Suite products) and the creation of reports, and pitch-decks are necessary for the job
  • Highly skilled and experienced in dealing with various marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Social Media Marketing, or newsletter marketing
  • Have a high proficiency in written and spoken English
