Job Description:
 
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Affiliates to lead our client’s affiliate marketing efforts. This pivotal role requires a candidate with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar position within the online entertainment industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, an in-depth understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, and the ability to drive partnerships and collaborations effectively.
 
Responsibilities:
 

• Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the affiliate marketing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Identify, recruit, and negotiate with potential affiliates and partners to expand our clients’ network and maximize revenue streams.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring their continued engagement and loyalty.
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to optimize affiliate campaigns and maximize ROI.
• Implement innovative and strategic affiliate marketing initiatives to drive acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, outlining affiliate program performance and recommendations for improvement.

 
Requirements:
 

• 5+ years of proven experience in a similar role within the online entertainment or related industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of affiliate marketing strategies, techniques, and tools.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to build and maintain fruitful partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis to drive informed decisions.
• Proven track record of successful affiliate program management and revenue generation.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential.
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate to Cyprus.
