Job description: Who we are looking to recruit a Head of Gaming for one of our established iGaming operator clients in Malta. In this role you will be responsible for planning and delivering the Gaming Product strategy in conjunction with key stakeholders across the Company and help shape the future of the Gaming products they offer.
 
We are looking for someone experienced and passionate with an excellent track record of managing and developing an online gaming product. A proven leader who will motivate and inspire the team, with a hands-on approach to enhance development of both the product and your team. You must also be commercially astute, as well as an experienced negotiator with a strong background of working with multiple online gaming suppliers at a senior level.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Working closely and collaborate with internal teams to deliver agreed plans that will aid the company in delivering on its strategy
  • Lead and develop the Gaming Product management team
  • Foster a learning and development culture within the team to ensure ongoing personal improvement of team members and the team as a whole
  • Ensure product management best practices are adhered to at all times
  • Drive innovation by encouraging innovative thinking within the Gaming Product team and across stakeholders
  • Oversee third party supplier relationship development and ongoing management
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with third party suppliers
  • Manage and optimise third party supplier agreements
  • Take ownership of financial and resource planning
 
 
Requirements:
 
  • Extensive experience within a similar role managing and developing an online gaming product
  • An experienced leader with a proven track record of building and leading high performing teams
  • A forward thinker with a passion for delivering high quality results
  • Experience working with legal teams, contracts and all things commercial
  • Extensive experience of third-party supplier management at a senior level
  • Possess strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Comfortable in a complex and ever-changing environment
