Our client is an established and profitable online casino facing the Asian market with an experienced leadership team who have spun out from major household gambling operators. They are looking for a Japanese speaking Outbound Call Agent to be the first point of contact with Japanese players through telephone live chat and email. All aspects of this role are customer centric and focused on delivering the best possible experience to customers. 
The role involves making outbound calls to players. You will be responsible for the personalized marketing activities during the customer journey for existing Japanese customers.
  • Making outbound calls on daily basis to existing players (welcome calls, courtesy calls, reactivation calls, survey etc)
  • Performing customer satisfaction surveys as well as offering incentives and promotions in order to reactivate lapsed or dormant accounts.
  • Contact VIP players
  • Keeping a record of your activates and results, providing reports of this to the line manager.
  • Retention - continuous relationship management and cooperation with existing clients
  • Assisting the customer service team when needed, answering inbound calls, emails and live chats.
  • Keep up to date with new information/policies
  • Collaborate with Fraud and payments team in customer queries
  • Collaborate with CRM team
  • Supporting and guiding customers with all requests and escalating and following up where necessary.
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in both Japanese and English.
  • Comfortable doing sales calls
  • You have a positive and a can-do attitude with a flexible approach 
  • Experience within the online gaming industry will be considered an advantage but not mandatory
  • You have a genuine interest in iGaming and eager to learn more
  • A team player that can work independently
  • Previous experience in an outbound and/or sales role with calls involved a big plus
  • Good communication
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, Email etc)
  • Ability to work in a fast pace while multitasking
