On behalf of our client , we are looking for Korean speaking Game Presenters to join their new team in Malta.
Responsibilities:
- Host and deal a variety of casino games in a live studio streamed to real players in a rotating shift work environment.
- Always maintain the highest professional standards.
- Participate in table promotions, internal and external media campaigns
- Interact with, and provide an engaging and rewarding experience for our online players
- Develop self-skills and knowledge, maintain proficiency
- Reports any incident to PIT BOSS or unusual activities in gaming areas, colleagues, tables and chats
- Carry out any ad hoc duties that might be required from time to time according to the Company’s exigencies.
- Participate in a shift rotation, including Public Holidays
Experience & Skills
- 1year experience in Customer service related roles
- Korean speaker at a Native level
- Fluent level of English language
- Willing to work shifts on a 4 days' week shift (10h a day) Monday to Sunday including public holidays from 07:00hrs – 17:00hrs
