We are looking for a highly talented games designer with key mathematical capability to work alongside development team. You will strategize models for global online games, design and develop cutting edge entertainment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and authenticate mathematical models that exhibit predetermined behavioural characteristics, demonstrate probabilities and identify limitations
- Code, test and debug simulations to supplement theoretical calculation and verify accuracy
- Identify new opportunities and features for games; collaborate with creative colleagues to apply software development changes
- Review implementation features to ensure that modelling is consistent, and make adjustments where necessary
- Analyse performance data and industry trends to identify future game opportunities
- Provide regular insights about customer behaviour
- Work with the wider developmental team to position CSGORoll as an industry trailblazer.
Requirements:
- Be an expert in slot machine game mathematical design; have a proven track record of executing
- success in the market
- Be a creative developer; the ability to conceptualise and apply updated mechanics is key
- Have a strong understanding of human psychology and patterns in games casinos
- Have a high familiarity with abstract and generalised gaming features
- Have experience of program simulation in a variety of software e.g. java, C#, C++ etc.
- Be a motivated and enthusiastic team leader; able to support teams through the game certification process
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Combinatorics, Probability Theory and Statistics
- Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Be aware of industry trends, procedures and limitations
- Have a passion for the gaming, slot and casino industries
- Have a strong understanding of the industries regulatory and compliance frameworks.
