Job description: Do you have a special affection for iGaming and experience in customer service? Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity where you can use your people skills, and also have fun at the same time?
 
One of our top clients are looking for an Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the customer service operations and implement technology solutions, including designing policies. You will ensure their operations run smoothly and that people are productive. As an Operations Manager you will also oversee the daily activities across functions such as finance, IT, and regulatory compliance.
 
As Operations Manager you should be a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the business whilst also being committed to productivity and compliance,
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop and implement a service support strategy so that operational issues are effectively managed
  • Understand and adapt the firm’s requirements to comply with the law and relevant regulations
  • Ensure the effective monitoring, control, and support of service delivery, ensuring best practice systems, methodologies, and procedures are followed,
  • Ensure that changes are evaluated, authorized, prioritized, planned, tested, implemented, documented, and reviewed in a controlled manner
  • Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures
  • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
  • Manage relationships with clients and external partners
 
Requirements:
 
  • Fluency in the English language both written and spoken
  • Fluency in Dutch will be considered an asset
  • Experience as a Head of Operations or a similar role within the iGaming industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate and retain staff
  • The ability to utilize user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions
  • Effective problem solver, ability to multi-task, and strong attention to detail
  • Passion for adhering to policies and procedures
  • Willingness to learn
