Responsibilities:
 
  • Management and responsibility of the company’s paid search campaigns across multiple search engines and markets so as to achieve specific online goals;
  • Optimization of accounts, budgetary management, gaining better post-bids as well as improving overseeing and implementing adverts, landing pages etc
  • Manage and enhance Adwords (Bingwords) campaigns across various verticals, campaigns and clients.
  • Manage and enhance paid social media campaigns across various verticals and campaigns
  • Running all aspects of paid traffic campaigns, from initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting.
  • Maintain keen insight into updates within the paid search industry, ensuring that the appropriate tools and assessments are being used to achieve the ambitious goals at all times

Requirements:
 
  • +5 years experience in SEM, particularly in paid search
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of digital acquisition and strategy across iGaming (sports and casino verticals), Financial Services, or similar
  • Clear understanding of performance marketing pricing models, metrics and optimization
  • Excellent understanding of Google Analytics, Hotjar and similar insight tools
  • Practical understanding of PPC tracking/reporting, applying best practices to ensure consistent and accurate reporting
  • Experience running A/B tests
  • Excellent understanding of keyword research
  • Experience working closely with content, UX to streamline the user flow ensuring high conversion rates
