Job description:
The Payments Support Agent will join a young energetic team whose main responsibility is to assist customers with payments related queries.
  • Processing customer withdrawals;
  • Analysing and verifying KYC & AML documentation in accordance with internal policies and procedures;
  • Monitoring and escalating any suspicious and/or fraudulent activity identified through daily risk checks;
  • Reviewing customer's activity and report to team leaders, as required;
  • Handling and resolving payments related customer queries via escalations;
  • Processing high SLA brands;
  • Ensuring the confidentiality of all customer data;
  • Have, as a minimum, a B2 (Upper Intermediate) level of English or equivalent;
  • Have at least 1 year work experience in a KYC, Payments and/or Risk related role;
  • Knowledge of sportsbook and casino will be considered an asset;
  • Possess good knowledge of AML & KYC directives;
  • Have good command of MS Excel;
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Be highly detail orientated;
  • Be flexible when it comes to working hours (position will be on a shift basis);
  • Be able to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure;
