  • Supporting our Polish-language customer service team in Malta
  • Competent contact for enquiries via e-mail, live chat and telephone
  • Maintaining our excellent standards of service
  • Translating (for example newsletters or texts for our website)
 
Requirements:
 
  • Completed educational/training course in the field of business
  • Strong communication skills in Polish and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong customer and service-oriented approach
  • Willingness to work evening and night shifts
  • Professional experience in customer service would be an advantage (call centre, help desk e.g.)
