Our client is one of the biggest online casinos in Denmark and they are looking to hire a dedicated, technically able, and ambitious Project Manager to join the online casino operation based in Malta. Reporting to senior management, you will work closely with company’s management and external tech teams on various ambitious tech projects.
Your responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of projects, their objectives and project features by working with relevant project owners against agreed objectives and timelines
  • Create project plans and communicate the overall project pipeline, backlog lists and priorities in line with input from senior management
  • Lead projects through their entire lifecycle from start to completion and subsequent reviews 
  • Communicate project objectives to all stakeholders and delegate tasks and responsibilities as required
  • Facilitate and manage project status meetings with stakeholders and share delivery timelines, progress and project blockers
  • Work with external partners to ensure synchronization and delivery of prioritized output
  • Manage the monthly release plan
  • Manage and run Q&A sessions for technical projects on the stage environment
  • Prepare users for launch including training and documentation
  • Use shorter development cycles such as sprint to ensure continuous optimisation
  • Identify schedule slippage and react accordingly to bring work back on time within the agile framework
  • Own and conduct the annual and quarterly certification programme as set out by the Danish Gambling Authority
  • Collect and manage game suppliers’ games certificates on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure that legal technical requirements as set out by the Danish Gambling Authority are met at all times
Your experience:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in software project management
  • Previous experience within online casino operator
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer- or business-related discipline
  • Experience in project methodology within an agile/scrum/waterfall framework
  • Experience of managing projects and collaboration across different business areas and external tech partners in multiple geographic locations
  • Ability to quickly gain in depth understanding of commercial business needs
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly and professionally convey project needs and challenges
  • Pro-active, flexible, dedicated, and hardworking by nature – a self-starter
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
