Job description: Reactivation Agent
We are looking for a talented & passionate Reactivation agent to join the CRM team. You will contact and reactivate the business from existing customers. Your mission will be to contact existing customers to talk about our product; and to help them revisit our website again. You will help the company to minimise churn, increase customer profitability and improve responsible gaming. 
  • Developing strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
  • Meeting cost standards implementing cost-saving action.
  • Ensuring all compliance and regularity work is present in customer communication
  • Collaborating with CRM and other departments ensure strategy works well for every aspect of the business.
  • Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
  • Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution and reporting the results to the relevant people
  • Native English Speaker
  • Confident in speaking to customers over the phone
  • Interested in the area of customer communication
  • Experience within the gaming industry is a plus
  • Experience in sales is an advantage
  • Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, quick learner and creative thinker
  • Positive and outgoing approach
