Job description: Our iGaming client  is looking for a full-time Responsible Gaming Manager (preferably Dutch Speaking) to join their growing team.  The client views Responsible Gaming as a key aspect of its future business plans and continues to strive to keep our customers safe and gambling within their means.
As Responsible Gaming Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director and will collaborate & coordinate with all departments. You will lead a team of 3-5 Responsible Gaming specialists and will be responsible for developing and implementing RG initiatives, controlling process development, managing the review of customer's gaming activity, behavior, and customer support contacts.
  • Processes, and Procedures
  • Reviewing and Actioning of Responsible Gaming alerts and escalations
  • Manage internal Responsible Gaming training and tracking
  • Ensuring the adherence of responsible gaming regulations
  • Be the main point of contact for all Responsible Gaming inquiries
  • Provide additional support to compliance as needed
  • Provide Responsible Gaming Metrics to Management
  • Working closely with Customer Support and Risk and Payments team
  • Working closely with Group RG Manager
  • 3-5+ years in the casino or iGaming compliance space
  • Bachelor’s degree or work experience equivalent
  • The ability to communicate clearly both written and verbally (Dutch preferred)
  • Able to build strong working relationships with other departments
  • Responsible Gaming or Compliance experience preferred
