SALES FLOOR SHIFT MANAGER
Malta
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Be responsible over the shift performance toward targets
  • Work directly on the call centre floor and monitor performance
  • Motivate agents to meet individual and team/s targets
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and enforce call centre procedures to ensure sales targets are met
  • Lead management
  • Training for new agents
  • Manage customers complaints when needed
  • Work as a Sales agent – exclusively for the first 3 to 4 weeks of hiring as training and later on assist as needed!
 
Requirements:
 
  • Native or a very high level English speaker – required
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong will to succeed
  • Can-do attitude
  • Able to work under pressure & Multitask
  • Target-driven person with proven sales capabilities
  • Previous Managerial experience in Sales Call Centers/Gaming/Telemarketing – an advantage
  • Successful Experience in sales/retention at the call center
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal + written)
  • Team Player attitude
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Proficient with Excel and office programs
  • Key Performance Indicators
 
Working hours
 
  • Shift-based work
  • 5 shifts during the week (mandatory), 8 hours / day
  • Call center hours: 06:00 – 00:00
  • Willing to work weekends if necessary
  • Flexibility is highly important (evening shifts, being on call etc.)
