Job description: On behalf of our client, we are looking for a talented Finance Manager to join their team in St.Julians, Malta. Do you have experience in a similiar position, and have knowledge and experience with UK GAPP and Tax?

Responsibilities:

• Consolidate all group companies financial data;
• Prepare monthly BVA report, including full analysis of the financial data;
• Prepare annual consolidated financial reports (IFRS GAAP) and statutory financial reports for the UK entities in the group (UK GAAP);
• Manage all intercompany relationships;
• Manage group cash, including subsidiaries cash requests and weekly reports;
• Responsible for group’s accounting policies and procedures;
• Responsible for the implementation of new accounting standards and the monitoring of the accurate posting of all accounting standards.

 
Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience in a similar position
• Certified accountant
• knowledge and experience with UK GAPP and UK tax
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong analytical, teamwork, organizational skills, and proven ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office and SAP business one (preferably)
• Highly motivated, energetic, result-oriented person
• Attention to details with a commitment to high quality and accuracy
