  • Take care of customers via email and live chat (電話対応はなし)
  • Go the extra mile to make sure the customers are happy
  • Verify customer accounts processing payments
  • Credit Bonuses and Free Spins to players
  • Assist the affiliate marketing team with various tasks
  • Maintain relationships with the affiliates
  • Help to look for new affiliates
  • Brainstorm localized promotions for Japan
  • Assisting in fraud and risk management
