- Answering customer's enquiries via email and live chat.
- Providing customer support on all aspect of the player experience.
- Verifying customer accounts and processing payments.
- Crediting Bonuses and Free Spins to Players.
- Assisting in fraud and risk management.
- Taking care of VIP players.
- Previous Customer Service Experience.
- iGaming Experience in online casino – is a must!
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous VIP Experience is a big plus.
- Impeccable English and Japanese – written and spoken.
- Superb problem solving skills.
- Ability to work independent and as a part of a team.
- Be able to handle stress.
- Previous experience with Bitcoin is a major plus.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
