Job description: Passionate about sports and social media?  We're on the lookout for a dynamic Social Media Executive to join our client’s team in Malta!
The company is a Marketing and Support agency collaborating with online Sports and Casino brands, focusing on acquisition & retention marketing, VIP and CS support, UX design as well as developing innovative AI tools.
 
Responsibilities
 

• Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content publishing, content administration, and engagement
• Collaborate with central marketing, retention and other team members and update Asana
• Responding to the comments on social media and forums on time.
• Following latest trends on social media platforms.
• Organizing competitions, draws on socials, granting bonuses to the winners.
• Improved communication between Customer Support on important cases.

 
Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a similar role, doing Social Media management within iGaming field
• Very Good Social Media knowledge (Twitter, Telegram – are a must) -, experience using YouTube, Instagram and TikTok for social media would be nice to have)
• Overall knowledge of internet browser, links, shortcuts.
• Very Good sports knowledge
• Interested in Turkish and Global trends within sports and iGaming
• Basic design knowledge.
• Very good communication skills in English
• Turkish language would be an asset
