Job description: One of our fast-growing iGaming clients are looking for a creative and hard-working Social Media Manager who has experience developing and executing social media campaigns, as well as managing a team. Motivation, team player, purposeful, fast solutions, expertise and reliability are a few qualities that characterize their team and the direction they are always aiming to work towards.
 
The Social Media Manager must be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight campaign deadlines and changing needs. Being a people-person who is capable of managing and inspiring those around them is a must. Co-ordinating with the social media team, the rest of the marketing team as well as other departments when necessary. If you are passionate about building a brand, developing a team and working to take social media campaigns to the next level, then this role is for you.
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Managing social media campaigns including, but not limited to, campaigns and content creation, execution, monitoring and research
  • Developing, distributing and presenting quarterly social media reporting to upper management
  • Develop and manage social media and marketing promotions processes with the entire marketing team
  • Develop and manage a social media and marketing promotions strategy for current and future promotions to achieve the best KPIs for both paid and organic social media content
  • Establishing and monitoring KPIs for campaigns and continually optimizing
  • Utilize the allocated social media budget from marketing promotions to achieve the best KPIs
  • Ownership of social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Act as the social media team lead for all brands and markets
  • Manage and develop the social media team to implement the social media strategy and content plan for each brand and market
  • Working with the design team to create assets
  • Ability to create and curate engaging content and reporting on its effectiveness
  • Directing the implementation of a wide range of content formats, including video, text, still imagery, animation, live action and other content forms that best utilize the technology available on any given social media/digital platform
  • When required, working with outsourced media agency to develop and execute creative ideas for different markets
  • Maintaining all social channels security and updating security information accordingly when needed
  • Working with the wider team to align on campaign activation
  • Maintaining and increasing the social media followers’ loyalty towards Employer’s brands
 
Requirements:
 
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a similar Social Media role within the gaming industry
  • Experience in leading a team
  • Vast knowledge of the casino industry
  • A passion for social media
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Organized
  • Attention to detail
  • Have a can-do attitude
