Job description:
  • Manage a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team of a Sport betting brand
  • Plan and oversee execution of the CRM plan across all channels and apps
  • Manage optimization and report all relevant KPIs and other campaign measurements
  • Hands on administrative and Back Office systems
  • Analyse, optimize and maintain CRM processes and customers journeys.
  • Ensure promotional campaigns use all available marketing tools
  • Take part in relevant project and initiate ideas
  • Report to stakeholders on all activity and plans – weekly and according to needs
 
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' previous experience in a similar position
  • Sport savvy
  • Creative, imaginative and detail-oriented.
  • Knows how to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, an aptitude for teamwork and the ability to brainstorm
  • Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent Spanish is a plus!  
  • Excellent English Level Communication Skills
  • Experience in email marketing
  • Experience with Optimove – advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree –Preferably in Economics, Business, Marketing or other analytical domains.
